Job Description

Provides a wide range of administrative support to executive level administrative and physician leaders. Represents Mayo Clinic in a cooperative and professional manner. Understands and observes confidentiality of personnel- and Mayo-related information. Critical job function includes coordinating, preparing, and processing of Research Temporary Professionals. Working knowledge of Visa requirements is essential. Incumbent provides support for Committees as assigned. Aspects include candidate file preparations and maintenance.


EDUCATION : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with organizational training such as that obtained in programs for Administrative Assistants. EXPERIENCE : Three to five years of Mayo experience working in support of upper management personnel preferred. Three to five years of experience working directly with physicians and physician leaders preferred. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with international appointees.
