Certified Pharmacy Technician - Enteral Department

: Contact enteral patients for monthly enteral and supply needs. Performs duties including preparation of formula to be dispensed, recording keeping, and formula billing.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:High School/ GED preferred.
Minimum Work Experience: One year pharmacy experience. Home infusion pharmacy preferred.
Required Licenses/ Certifications for position: Registration with the TN Board of Pharmacy required within 90 days of employment. Active CPhT preferred; succcessfully passing the PTCB certification for CPhT status required within the first year of employment.
Physical Requirements: Light lifting, pushing, and pulling is required for 10-20 pounds occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/ot repetitive motions may be required.
