MEDITECH or equivalent EHR implementation and support experience in Clinical modules.
Should have good experience working with Clinical Staff from all areas during project implementations and resolving issues.
Should have end user training experience.
Experienced with of EHR upgrades, testing, training and education.
Self-sufficient, but proactive in rising issues to manger to keep projects moving.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive projects to completion in a complex environment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and provide prompt and thorough follow-up.
Participate and guide the design, development, testing, implementation and on-going maintenance of new and existing applications with a focus on MEDITECH and other ancillary systems.
Provides on-going support and maintenance of LIVE applications including direct user support (in person and/or over the phone) during posted support hours and during on-call hours.
Acts as the liaison with other IS groups or business departments for system and interfaces troubleshooting and support.
Perform MEDITECH user training and be available to assist as needed in system implementations.
Strong PC skills/Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Project, Word and Excel.
Clinical educational background is preferred, but not required.
Minimum 3-year experience in Healthcare.
Should be a self-starter and able to get things done with minimal guidance.
