Must be able to work under time pressures in a busy clinic/call center environment.priorities.cooperation.Must be able to react quickly and immediately respond to emergencies.Must be able to handleMust be available to potentially work overtime if needed.Must participate in group activities requiring interpersonal skills and continually aware. Must be present on site for 8 hour shifts during standard clinic hours.Variations in changing situations.Duration of shift.Multiple assignments, conflicting demands or must maintain attention to detail over extended period of time . Must travel between locations on regular basis.Must be able to move throughout the clinic environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College or completion of post-secondary education is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of relevant healthcare and/or call center experience.
