Join our Cardiology Cath Lab as a .9 FTE Cardiovascular Technologist! The Cardiovascular Technologist is responsible for working directly with the cardiologist, nurses and other cardiovascular technologist staff during cardiac interventional and electrophysiology procedures as a scrub or monitoring role. This position will have complete knowledge of inventory usage in coronary, electrophysiology, structural heart and peripheral exams and will provide a sterile environment while assisting the cardiologist in performing these procedures.
This position is expected to take call and to live within a 30 minutes call back time.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health-related field
Certified in CPR
Currently Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or obtained within 1 year of employment.
RCIS or RCES credential required upon hire if not graduate of an education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs which uses the standards and criteria established by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Cardiovascular Technology
Graduate of an education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs which uses the standards and criteria established by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Cardiovascular Technology
Previous Cardiovascular Technologist experience
One (1) year of Electrophysiology experience
