Analyzes businesses and specialties within the organization using key market data and tools: demographics, inpatient/outpatient market share data, clinic and hospital data, forecasting tool, Customer Relationship Management system, surveys and multiple other data sources. Provides actionable market research reports to management. Conducts ongoing competitive intelligence, identifies market trends that represent opportunity or risk, and leads key organization initiatives and specific marketing projects. Analyzes and manipulates data from relevant data sets to provide strategic information. Data analysis activities include identification of data sources inside and outside the organization, understanding data components within applications, database development, database administration, strong statistical analysis, producing detailed graphics and reports, and integrating and summarizing market research and business information for decision making. Works with clients to develop, administer and analyze surveys to enhance business knowledge and customer service throughout the organization. Works in both in team environments and independently.
2 years professional experience in market research or data analysis.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
