Job Description

Provides audiological testing and rehabilitation and counseling

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Graduate Degree in Audiology required.
Clinical experience that includes; Clients of all ages, Hearing Aide Aid dispensing/evaluation, ABR/oto-acoustic emission screening and diagnostic testing, Central Auditory Processing Assessment.
Ability to hold a valid State of Maine License in Audiology and Hearing Aid Fitting.
Possess certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology Certified by either the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) or the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).
Working knowledge of provision of speech and audiology services at acute, outpatient, long-term care, SNF, and school based levels of care
Knowledge of evaluation and treatment for both pediatric and adult populations.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate including the ability to use the internet, word processing, and electronic medical records.
