Located at the Free Street office, this position supports the Senior Director and Medical Director for the Center for Health Improvement. The Administrative Specialist II performs a combination of administrative, project, and operational support work. The position is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of this collaborative team and administrative operations while working closely with management. The incumbent works extensively in Microsoft Office; managing calendars, scheduling and organizing complex meetings. Other responsibilities include; making travel arrangements; managing disbursement/reimbursement requests, supporting team meeting by collecting agenda items and taking minutes, and maintaining inventory/ordering of office supplies. The position serves as a resource person regarding department policy, procedures, and practice.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelors degree preferred.
4-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office suite products.
