Job Description


Prepares, cooks, and serves high volume of foods from menus prepared by the Dietitian and Food Service Director using standardized recipes and following established portion control. Follow HACCAP guidelines and Infection control Guidelines.

Qualifications


HS Diploma or GED
Current Food Handlers Certificate
6 Months in restaurant or hospital kitchen preferred
Must have knowledge of batch cooking, food preparation methods, staging, cuts of meats, and various cooking techniques
