The Mayo Clinic Fellowship Program is an exceptional two-year learning experience designed to foster the development of outstanding masters-prepared individuals committed to a career in health care administration. Administrative Fellows will gain practical experience through direct exposure to and active participation in a variety of administrative activities in preparation for leadership opportunities within Mayo Clinic. Individual participants will make significant contributions to administrative work throughout the organization. The program consists of five to six rotations in areas such as Administrative Services, Education Administration, Research Administration, Finance, Quality & Engineering, Human Resources, Hospital and Clinical Operations. The rotations are project based or targeted initiatives, typically in the first year, followed by interim-managerial assignments in the second-year. Our selection process aims for diverse skill sets, backgrounds, work experiences, and interests.
Applicants must be open to placement in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; or the Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato, Minnesota or Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Administrative Fellows will be assigned to a primary location and may have the opportunity to rotate to another location during the fellowship or stay at the selected site location.
Please note that as part of our selection process a virtual interview may be included for candidates selected to advance in consideration for our fellowship position. Invitations for in-person interview will be extended after the close date of 10/2/2019.
**Only complete applications will be considered**
