Job Description


The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is responsible for providing outpatient treatment as part of the Behavioral Health Services department to a diverse range of children and youth. Additionally, consultation with families and other collaterals will be managed by the LMHC. The primary mode of therapy delivered by the LMHC is through individual, family, and group therapy. As part of an organization committed to service excellence, the LMHC will be expected to participate in quality improvement planning, as well as team/staff meetings.



At least two to three years of experience working with children and families, preferably in an outpatient setting

Masters in Mental Health Counseling

Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
