We’re looking for an EMS manager who is a passionate leader with a drive for excellence. Leading the day-to-day operations of the EMS department and ambulance service, you will work cross-functionally throughout the organization to promote patient safety and experience, as well as maintain relationships with other EMS agencies to improve quality of care to the patients.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership in planning for and managing the ambulance service at the ALS level
- Work closely with our Care Integration Manager in coordinating the Community Paramedic Program
- Provide oversight of the Emergency Preparedness program
- Oversee activities to provide internal and external education such as BLS-CPR, ALS, First Responder and EMT
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Current MREMT-P, NREMT-P
- 5 years' experience in pre-hospital Emergency Services field with 3-5 years' experience managing an EMS and ambulance service
- Knowledge of emergency medical services and operations
- Composed confidence and authority in leadership roles
