Works within the Memorial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery medical office and providers various skincare treatments to clients. Common procedures include facials, hair removal and chemical peels. Promotes skincare product line and injection services to clients.
Develop and establish cosmetic esthetician service line within Plastic medical office.
Perform a wide range of cosmetic procedures to include laser hair removal, facial peels, microdermabrasion.
Obtain client health history and document in EMR system.
Record detailed notes for all clients including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations and treatment preferences.
Maintain correspondence with clients for follow up, thank you notes, special engagements, etc.
Participate in sales and marketing events.
Stay up to date with training and education on product lines and services offered in the medical office.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Licensure: State of New Mexico Esthetics License
Flexible hours including weekends & evenings
Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments
Prior experience with cosmetic laser
Prior experiences working in a medical spa
