Job Description


The purpose of the position is to coordinate, execute and manage configuration, installation, support, and upgrade of all computer applications and systems through the efficient use of server, workstation, and remote and asset management systems. Allocates resources and equipment effectively through strong management skills. Supports the mission of the Department, hospital and system, achieves timely and courteous delivery of service to all users. Maintains continuous and current expertise of all applications and equipment. Anticipates and strategically plans for future needs for department and system. Develops, implements and analyzes database programs. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with the UHCIS Lead Program Analyst. Coordination and monitoring of the Cardiac Diagnostic Teleconferencing Program for the system including desktop videoconferencing.


Bachelor Degree Exp with registration, billing, scheduling in a physician office environment, exp with practice mgmt systems, 2 yrs experience preferred.
