MBH is seeking a fulltime 40 hour day/evening staff to join our team at Community Rehab program. Community Rehab is a transitional supported housing program, spread across 2 locations in Biddeford and North Berwick. Each location supports 8 1-bedroom apartments, staffed 12 hours daily by a case manager and residential care worker.

Differentials: after 4pm 1.50/hr Weekends $1.75/hr

Position Summary
The Residential Care Worker is responsible for supporting residents in learning the skills necessary to live in a fully independent apartment. Skills taught include, medication administration, symptom management, scheduling appointments, community integration, budgeting, accessing benefits, and all other living skills.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
High School Diploma or GED. Salaries are based on years of experience and education
Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred
Must have valid drivers license
Must obtain appropriate level of automobile insurance within the first 30 days of employment
Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist certification however MBH will help pay for trainings as needed
Certification of Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment
Maintain required trainings to uphold MHRT-1 status
Must have basic computer skills
