The General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (GPAM) division is currently seeking an experienced board-certified pediatrician to join our group and serve as the Physician Lead for the Mayo Childrens Center Complex Care Clinic. Candidates for this position will require several years in practice and must have developed expertise in managing children with complex and chronic disease. This position will provide an opportunity to those interested in developing innovative, value-based care delivery models to best meet the needs of children with special health care needs. Candidates must have excellent diagnostic and communication skills with ability to provide outstanding customer service along with mentorship for medical students and residents.

The Physician Lead for the Complex Care Clinic will work collaboratively with other clinical leaders throughout the Childrens Center and will partner with Mayo Clinic institutional groups including those in telemedicine, quality, safety and population health. An academic rank of assistant professor or higher will be eligible for the position and ideal candidates will have a proven track record of academic productivity ideally in the area of complex pediatric healthcare.
