The Dietitian assures that quality and therapeutic nutritional services are provided to residents and patients. Assist in the planning, organization and development of the overall operation of the Food Service Department in cooperation with the Dietary Manager. Also directs the Dietary Manager in the integration of therapeutic and administrative aspects nutrition.
Qualifications or Certifications Required
Three years of demonstrated successful long term care experience, preferred.
Degree in Nutrition or related field preferred.
Current Licensure to practice as a Dietitian in the State of Maryland required.
Registered Dietitian credential required.
CPR Certification required.
May be assigned to day or evening shifts as necessary.
Expected to work overtime for patient care as needed.
This is a Part-Time Position with a benefit package that includes Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 403b retirement, Earned Time Off and Sick Leave.
