This position is an integral part of Park Nicollet Foundations data management team. Responsibilities include gift recording, providing donor lists for various functions, and updating database. This individual processes contributions, gift acknowledgements, receipts and related reports. Will provide back-up for support staff and relief phone coverage. Perform other projects as requested. High school diploma plus one year post-secondary education with two years of database management. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of relational databases (Blackbaud Raisers Edge and Net Community). Experience preferred with general office practices and procedures including accurate word processing, Excel software, spelling, grammar, editing, punctuation and telephone etiquette. Detail oriented with excellent ability for accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive donor materials and information.
