Schedule: Hours may be adjusted due to clinic hours, provider preference but generally would fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Schedule could include a later start and end time to accommodate some evening appointments.
Full Time Benefits
The Advanced Practice Provider (Fully Paneled Nurse Practitioner) Renders advanced nursing practice services to all ages under a collaborative agreement with a designated PHMG physician. Responsibilities include: assessment, diagnoses, treatment and when necessary referral to others for further care. Will manage his/her own panel of patients in collaboration with a physician.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and three years of previous and progressively more responsible work related experience.
The NP educational program must have been accredited by the ANCC and is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Possession of DEA registration or eligibility (as defined by proof of DEA application) required.
Candidate must exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
Nurse Practitioner candidates must possess APNP, RN, ANCC, DEA, CPR, and AED certifications, Wisconsin licensure.
The Physician Assistant candidate must possess P.A. certification, DEA, CPR, and AED certifications, and Wisconsin licensure.
