Oversees daily operations of clerical and phlebotomy functions in lab specimen processing areas and offsite drawing stations, with emphasis on service excellence. Develops and oversees standard operating procedures and monitors quality assurance, and develops staff training. Monitors courier service and laboratory outreach operations, incl. marketing of lab services and monitoring customer satisfaction. Req. a min of 3-5 yrs laboratory management and supervisory exp.
