Practice Manager I - Primary Care

Provides the practice with daily administrative support for delivery of service in accordance with established standards of care for a primary care practice. Serves as the day to day manager, dealing with patient flow issues, staff and provider scheduling and support and issues arising from daily practice. Oversees the provider schedules, telephone and registration systems and supervises administrative staff to ensure optimal access for patients and financial sustainability for the Alliance. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations, responsible to encourage innovation and initiate and lead quality improvement projects; accountable for compliance with budget and financial performance goals for the site and for ensuring the maintenance of an attractive and functional Health Care facility.
Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
Work Experience: Five years management experience in Ambulatory Care operations with demonstrated experience in managing diverse, multi-lingual, multicultural staff and demonstrated Systems Improvement experience. Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese/Haitian Creole preferred.
