The Dietary Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery of infant and pediatric feedings. Preparation techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations and standards established by regulating agencies and the Franciscan Children's.
The successful candidate will work with the dietary tray card system using patient's preferences to construct a meal plan that will be most beneficial to the patient. The role requires communication and collaboration with unit staff and the dietary department on nutrition care plans.
Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through a minimum completion of two years of occupationally specific education or an Associate's degree in Nutrition and one to two years-experience in hospital foodservice.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, shift range from 6AM - 6:30PM, alternating weekends
