Position to be supporting the Learning Management system for Allina Health.

Customer management and support(daily)
Troubleshoot basic situations and assist application(s) users with their questions in a timely fashion.
Provide basic consulting and assistance for user inquiries.
Provide application(s) user training.
Develop user documentation as needed using a predefined template.
Exhibit good customer service skills.
Manage multiple customer issues concurrently.
Promote collaboration and relationships among application users.
Perform basic application(s) testing: releases, patches, UAT, etc.
Identify trends and assist in developing recommendations based on data assessment.

Problem-solving and decision making(daily)
Accurately assess basic situations and apply appropriate problem solving techniques including thorough testing.
Easily identify when escalation to advanced support is necessary.
Evaluate basic customer needs against systems capabilities utilizing basic and logical problem-solving skills.
Participate constructively in group problem solving and decision making.
Exhibit attention to detail.
Describe basic issues to vendor for resolution

Communication and Team Building
Network with peers and associates to build a support base.
Initiate relationships with peers and partners in other departments across the business.
Communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with users.
Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and practices related to systems.

Project Management
Apply basic project planning and management skills including monitoring and reporting project progress effectively with team lead and other team members throughout the project.
Effectively manage multiple internal projects to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.
Identify barriers to project completion.
Maintain SharePoint site for each active project

Qualifications

Experience
0-2 years information systems experience
May have expertise in business area or particular information systems

Skills
Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to system specifications
Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Requires strong customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic situations and assist end users with their questions
Ability to accurately and effectively translate business requirements to system specifications
Ability to evaluates business user needs against current systems capabilities utilizing basic and logical problem-solving skills
Demonstrates capacity to quickly adapt to changing business and technology needs
Able to work as a team member
