The Laboratory Supervisor will work closely with the senior technologists in the day to day operation of the laboratory. Will be responsible for supervising laboratory personnel. Organizes and directs the daily activities of the laboratory according to the posted schedule. Completes schedule in timely manner and inputs into attendance system. This is a working supervisor who is expected to cover the bench a certain amount of time. The supervisor has authority for personnel actions and will take part in the yearly evaluation process. Will be a part of the leadership team in the lab; offering suggestions and solutions to all items discussed. Will be a resource for all laboratory personnel.
