Kootenai Outpatient Imaging is one of 300 facilities2 in the U.S. to be designated as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR). To earn this designation, Kootenai's breast imaging services have been fully accredited in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy.

 

Kootenai Outpatient Imaging was also commended in peer-review evaluations conducted by physicians and medical physicists, which noted high practice standards for image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures, and quality assurance programs.

Health Information Management - Coding Full Time, Days Requisition # 26325 Job Description   Evaluates medical records and assigns appropriate clinical diagnoses and procedure codes in accordance with nationally recognized coding guidelines for the development for organization wide database and submission of accurate hospital claims.
