Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required.  Three years accounting experience required.  Experience in Healthcare finance preferred.  Manages the financial function of Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting and Analysis to ensure accurate processing and reporting of financial information.  Also assists in the preparation of annual operating and capital budget.  Institutes effective procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of organizations financial data.  Coordinates the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit.  Other duties include: completion of department policies and procedures, the completion of annual surveys, and the implementation of cost containment processes.  Candidate will also be responsible for monitoring departmental budgets, biweekly payroll performance compared to targets and providing feedback to Department Directors.  Assists Chief Financial officer on special financial projects as deemed necessary.
