This casual/call position works primarily in our outpatient rehabilitation clinics in Northfield, providing hand therapy and/or lymphedema services, on an as needed basis. In addition, the Occupational Therapist will provide general Occupational Therapy services in the acute care setting 1 weekend per quarter. The Occupational Therapist directs the evaluation, treatment, and education needed to meet the needs of patients as well as foster working relationships among professionals and ancillary staff. Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care within accepted standards of care in accordance with Occupational Therapy regulations, exhibiting strong knowledge base for client population. Completes documentation to meet professional standards, based on evaluation. Adapts patient treatment plan if expected progress is not being achieved or further progress is not anticipated Qualifications: Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. Our Express Care Clinic is located in beautiful downtown Northfield. We are seeking a casual/call Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care in our Lakeville Clinic. You'll provide urgent care services including medical, orthopedic and minor surgical care, treatment for illnesses and injuries and physical examinations; with laboratory and x-ray services on site.
