Job Summary:
Will work with advanced clinical knowledge and use consistent and independent discretion and judgement to provide expertise and supervision to clinic nursing staff on effective patient care practices in accordance with company policies, procedures and best practice standards. Will also ensure nursing processes are utilized to provide patients with an efficient, effective and positive healthcare experience in collaboration with medical staff and ancillary departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum of five years of current nursing practice
Previous supervisory experience.
