Regions certified as a Primary Stroke Center
In September 2007, Regions was awarded Primary Stroke Center certification by The Joint Commission.
Regions received an organ donation medal of honor from the U.S. Health and Human Services Department for its commitment to organ donation. Only 370 hospitals in the country received the award.
