Responsible for the development and implementation of the financial aspects of the strategic plan to assure financial stability and responsibility. Works collaboratively with MercyOne directors to standardize/integrate where appropriate and coordinate patient care services across MercyOne Northeast Iowa.  Works in partnership with management leaders, and physician leadership team in ensuring that the plans, operations and patient care support and are aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Values of MercyOne. The key liaison between MercyOne Oelwein Medical Center and MercyOne Northeast Iowa senior management.
