Brookhaven Hospital is the premier behavioral health and neurological rehabilitation hospital located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brookhaven Hospital is staffed by an interdisciplinary team of mental health and neuro-rehabilitation professionals, providing quality rehabilitation and therapeutic services to adults across the country suffering from mental health, eating disorders, chemical dependency, and traumatic brain injury. The treatment we provide is outcome focused and designed to meet the individualized needs of our patients.

Brookhaven has 64 beds for in-patient hospitalization; with 29 beds dedicated to behavioral health therapeutic services, and 35 beds dedicated to the Neurological Rehabilitation Institute (NRI) program. The NRI program provides rehabilitative and therapeutic services in an in-patient setting as well as treatment in a Transitional Living Center (TLC) and Community Living Center (CLC).

The Neurological Rehabilitation Institute (NRI) at Brookhaven Hospital is seeking a Brain Injury Case Manager [CRRN (or eligible) or RN] with Rehab background to conduct marketing and network activities, provide clinical and facility program education with Life Care Planners, Rehabilitation Nurses, Physicians, Case Managers, Workers Comp and other healthcare professionals. The Certified Rehabilitation Nurse Case Manager Liaison will evaluate potential patients and meet with referral sources and family members and is a vital member of our high performance team. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to connect and educate TBI patient rehabilitation An ability to present the NRI program and its services to a wide range of people and a capacity to effectively use the marketplace to further the growth of the program An ability to initiate and sustain marketing business relationships To participate in outreach, education and patient advocacy activities An ability to interact with the referring Case Manager and advise the NRI Treatment Team of their requirements Knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and Disability Case Management Eligibility or maintenance of CRRN/CCM certification and credentials preferred Prior experience in: Case Management, Worker Compensation Case Management, direct clinical work and brain injury rehabilitation is preferred This position requires extensive, extended overnight travel across the United States.
