Community Health Network

Created 60 years ago as a non-profit health system, with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates throughout Central Indiana, Community’s full continuum of care integrates hundreds of physicians, specialty and acute care hospitals, surgery centers, home care services, MedChecks, behavioral health and employer health services. We proudly trace our roots to the community leaders, civic organizations and countless friends who went door-to-door raising funds to build a hospital in their community.

At Community Health Network, there is a shared commitment to providing patient care focused on compassion, empathy, and relationship building. We employ a highly skilled team that is fully dedicated to creating this unique environment, where people come first and customer service excellence is second to none.
