The Patient Services Coordinator Senior position will work alongside the Practice Manager to ensure operations continue running as necessary for the Transplant Clinic in Louisville, KY. This position will oversee the clinic operations and assist with front desk operations, and customer support issues. This position will be very involved in the team leadership of the clinics and will be instrumental in project improvement activities. This position will also act as a backup to the clinical manager.
