The Wound Care Registered Nurse, under the direct supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer designee and in collaboration with providers, provides patients with care that is continuously evaluated, planned for, and revised as needed.  The Wound Care (WC) RN conducts all required wound care activities according to hospital policy and national standards.   Minimum Qualifications: Projects a professional image Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Knowledge of wound care related products and procedures preferred Identification and utilization of industry evidence base standards related to wound care Knowledge of comprehensive wound management including wound assessment, formulation of treatment plan, recommendation of appropriate wound dressing, documentation, evaluation, education, data collection, surveillance and outcome data preferred Strong organizational and analytical skills Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job...
